Living in Western North Carolina has so many wonderful benefits. Often when people come visit the most apparent are the mountain views, they permeate the landscape and as an artist it was exciting to capture this view off the Blue Ridge Parkway as the sun shown down through a misty atmosphere. Mostly created with a stippling technique, cross hatching was also used in this black and white etching.
