Working Outdoors
When I get the chance to work outside I always take it. Also, oiling up a cutting board in the sun light can take your breathe away.
In Western North Carolina our Fall and Spring seasons are extend for large portions of the year. Whenever I get the chance to work outside, I love to take advantage of it. Here, in my backyard in West Asheville I created one of the first Live Edge Challah Boards.
